ReFOX One launches interactive election hub with real-time results for midterms

Fox Corporation's streaming service FOX One has unveiled an interactive election experience combining live results, polling and race analysis ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

FOX One, the direct-to-consumer streaming service owned by Fox Corporation, has unveiled an interactive election experience that will give users live access to results, polling and analysis as the 2026 midterm elections approach. The service announced the platform on Thursday, developed in partnership with FOX News Media, with the aim of giving viewers more context and more local relevance as results come in.

Amit Dudakia, SVP and Head of Product at FOX Direct to Consumer, said election night is expected to be one of the most demanding live events the company covers. Results do not arrive in order, and no two viewers are following the same set of races. "With FOX One, we're keeping coverage from Fox News and FOX Stations at the center and building the context around it, so viewers aren't toggling between a stream and a second screen to understand what just happened," Dudakia said in a statement. "The reporting stays front and center and the answers come to you."

The features will roll out on FOX One in the lead-up to Election Day, and the full experience will be available once election coverage begins. Hundreds of House, Senate, gubernatorial and local races will be called across every time zone on November 3. The company said a race in one state could reshape the picture in another, and that what matters most to a given viewer may be a ballot measure in their own county.

The centerpiece is a command center. When coverage begins, the live stream holds the middle of the screen while surrounding widgets carry context, including voter polling, race-by-race results and Fox News insights on the night's key contests, all updating in real time. An election hub offers a curated destination for the full range of FOX's election coverage, including video on battleground races, key ballot measures and the contests shaping control of Washington. Content is editorially programmed by Fox News and Fox News Digital.

The hub also surfaces coverage from FOX's local stations based on each viewer's market, so, as the company put it, viewers in Los Angeles see what is on the ballot only in Los Angeles. Ask FOX, the app's in-app companion for questions raised during a live event, will include an Elections Mode that lets users ask election-specific questions and receive sourced answers in real time. That mode is powered by ElectionAI, a technology platform developed in-house by FOX News Media and deployed for this election cycle.

All results, polling and insights across FOX One draw from a single unified data layer that FOX built alongside FOX News Media. The layer combines multiple election data sources into one real-time feed for the app experiences. The company said it is the same underlying infrastructure that powers live context across FOX One's sports and news programming. Product features are subject to device compatibility, content and other restrictions.
