ReMegan Fox Joins Subscription Platform as Co-Owner
Megan Fox has taken an ownership stake in, a direct-to-fan subscription platform co-founded by OnlyFans co-founder Tim Stokely, and launched an exclusive page with provocative new photos.
Megan Fox is moving from the screen to the boardroom with a new ownership role at, a subscription-based content platform co-founded by OnlyFans co-founder Tim Stokely. The actress announced the venture on Oct. 9, launching an official page on the site while also taking an equity stake in the company.
The announcement was accompanied by a series of striking photos on Instagram that quickly drew attention. In one image, Fox emerges from dark water under blue lighting, her wet hair slicked back and a metallic swimsuit partially visible above the surface. Another shows her reclining in a metallic two-piece under the same dramatic lighting. She captioned the post «A neo-noir erotic thriller.» A second set of photos featured Fox in pink-and-black lingerie surrounded by stacks of $100 bills, with one image showing her holding cash against her face as if wiping away tears. «Transmuting evil eye into abundance since 2009,» she wrote.
The platform allows celebrities and public figures to share exclusive content directly with paying subscribers. According to the announcement, Fox will not merely be a content creator but will help shape the business. «Megan isn't simply launching a page on Subs. She has a seat at the table and is helping us build the platform,» Stokely said. Fox framed the move as a way to take greater control of her public image. «Women have spent decades being told that visibility is power while someone else owns the platform, the audience or the image,» she said. «I'm interested in what happens when women own all three.»
The launch generated immediate online reaction, with some Instagram users reporting they could not access Fox's new page. «You've literally broken the internet—the site isn't working!» one person commented. Another wrote, «It's not working I think yall crashed the page already.» The response was not universally positive. Some followers questioned why Fox, who has previously spoken about being sexualized in Hollywood, would embrace a subscription-based platform featuring revealing photographs. «Why are we normalizing the idea that women's bodies are something people can buy OMG IM SO DISAPPOINTED,» one user wrote. Others defended the actress, with comments including «Forever girl crush» and «Crying allll the way to the bank.»
The photos also sparked an unexpected controversy involving Fox's former fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly. A fabricated social media post circulated online this week falsely suggesting that the musician regretted ending his relationship with Fox after seeing her latest photos. The fake message claimed Kelly was devastated by the breakup and blamed himself for losing her. Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, quickly dismissed the supposed confession on X on Oct. 13. «That tweet is faker than a pair of t--s,» he wrote. Fox and Kelly began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of «Midnight in the Switchgrass» and announced their engagement in January 2022. The former couple split in late 2024 but welcomed their daughter, Saga Blade, in March 2025.
Fox's new role places her among a growing number of public figures seeking direct ownership of the platforms that distribute their content. By joining as both a creator and a co-owner, she is testing whether celebrity-driven subscription models can offer a more controlled alternative to traditional social media. The platform, co-founded by Stokely after his time at OnlyFans, is positioning itself as a direct-to-fan service where public figures can monetize exclusive material without intermediaries.
